Simon Gray is the Director of Operations and has responsibility for both the day to day running of the HMT, and delivering the strategy set out by the Board.

Prior to joining HMT, Simon was a Management Consultant for ‘Big 4′ firm Deloitte, and worked for a number of FTSE/Fortune 100 companies where he ran a number of successful business transformation programmes and projects.

Simon’s client focus is leading our complex Consulting projects where structure and organisation are key, ensuring high quality output to our clients.

Simon likes dogs, going to the gym and red wine – but not all at the same time.
